OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Home sales were UP in December!  There were 23 homes sold in the Okanogan Valley in December, compared to ten in November.  The average sales price was $162,941, and the average marketing time was 244 days.  There were four land sales in December, down slightly from five in November.  The average marketing time was 383 days.  Search homes and land here.

Home sales jumped with 22 homes sold in July.  The average sales price was $139,480 with 106 days on the market.  Land sales fell a bit from June, with 8 land sales in July.  The average marketing time was 797 days.  Search homes and land here.

Home sales were up in December for the Okanogan Valley!  There were 22 homes sold in December compared to 19 in November.  The average selling price was $141,075, with an average of 202 days on the market.  Land sales were down in December.  There were 5 land sales in December compared to 10 in November, with an average of 924 days on the market! As of January 7, 2014, there were 256 active home listings and 371 active land listings.  Search homes and land here.
