June Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley











OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Home and land sales were down in May for the Okanogan Valley.  There were 16 home sales, compared to 26 in April, with an average sale price of $138,750 and 195 days on the market.  There were 11 land sales, compared to 12 in April.  The average marketing time was 200 days on the market.  Search available homes and land here.

Sales were UP in April for the Okanogan Valley!  There were 26 home sales compared to 14 in March.  The average marketing time was 187 days, and the average sale price was $140,037.  There were 12 land sales compared to nine in March.  The average marketing time was 405 days.  Search available homes and land here.

Both home and land sales were down slightly in February in the Okanogan Valley.  There were 12 homes sold, compared to 17 in January.  The average marketing time was 142 days, and the average sale price was $135,784.  There were five land sales in February, compared to six in January.  The average marketing time was 1,067 days.  Search available homes and land here.

Home sales in the Okanogan Valley were down in September.  There were ten homes sold in September, compared to 21 sold in August. The average sales price was $100,932 with an average of 227 days on the market.  Land sales were up - there were 13 land sales in September, compared to nine in August.  The average marketing time for those land sales was 234 days.  Search homes and land here.

Both land and home sales were nearly the same in August as in July.  There were 21 homes sold in August in the Okanogan Valley, down from 22 in July.  The average sales price was $152,338, with an average of 184 days on the market.  There were nine land sales in August, compared to eight in July, with an average of 221 days on the market.  Search homes and land here.
