December Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley







OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Home sales were up, and land sales stayed the same for the month of November in the Okanogan Valley.  There were 19 homes sold in November, compared to 14 in October, with an average sale price of $196,197, and 159 days on the market.  There were 10 land sales, with an average of 244 days on the market.  As of 12/12/13, there were 286 active home listings, and 395 active land listings.  Search homes and land here.

November Real Estate Update for the Okangan Valley









OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Both home and land sales were down slightly for October in the Okanogan Valley, which is pretty typical this time of year.  There were 14 home sales, compared to 16 in September.  The average selling price was $172,386, up from $120,488 in September.  The average marketing time was 199 days.  There were 10 land sales, with an average of 297 days on the market.  As of November 10, there were 312 active home listings, and 433 active land listings.  Search homes and land here.

June Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley

OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET SNAPSHOT

Residential sales were down for May, with only 5 home sales in the Okanogan Valley.  The average number of days on market was 185, and the average sales price was $114,300.  There are 16 pending sales, and 273 active residential listings.  Search homes here .  


Land sales for May were up - there were 7 land sales in May, with 16 pending sales and 462 active land listings.
