OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Home sales were up in October in the Okanogan Valley.  There were 17 homes sold, compared to ten sold in September.  The average sales price was $135,112, with an average of 209 days on the market.  Land sales were down in October - there were three land sales, compared to 13 in September.  The average marketing time for those land sales was 316 days.  Search available homes and land.

Home sales in the Okanogan Valley were down in September.  There were ten homes sold in September, compared to 21 sold in August. The average sales price was $100,932 with an average of 227 days on the market.  Land sales were up - there were 13 land sales in September, compared to nine in August.  The average marketing time for those land sales was 234 days.  Search homes and land here.

Both land and home sales were nearly the same in August as in July.  There were 21 homes sold in August in the Okanogan Valley, down from 22 in July.  The average sales price was $152,338, with an average of 184 days on the market.  There were nine land sales in August, compared to eight in July, with an average of 221 days on the market.  Search homes and land here.
