June Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley

OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

There were 10 homes sold in May in the Okanogan Valley, with an average days on market of 121 and average sold price of $110,944, down from an average of $247,643 in April.  Currently there are 277 active residential listings and 27 pending sales.  Search homes here.  There were 3 land sales with an average days on market of 603 - currently 455 active land listings and 15 pending sales.
