March Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley









Both home and land sales were down slightly in February in the Okanogan Valley.  There were 12 homes sold, compared to 17 in January.  The average marketing time was 142 days, and the average sale price was $135,784.  There were five land sales in February, compared to six in January.  The average marketing time was 1,067 days.  Search available homes and land here.
