October Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley

OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

There were nine homes sold in the Okanogan Valley in September, compared to 24 in August. The average selling price was $137,544 with an average days on market of 215, compared to $145,639 and 180 days for August. There were six land sales with average marketing days of 105, compared to five sales and 257 days for August. Search homes and land here.
