March Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley

OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT
Home sales were up slightly and land sales down slightly for February in the Okanogan Valley.  Home sales were up to 17 homes sold, compared to 15 sold in January, with an average sales price of $142,165 and 155 days on market.  There were six land sales, compared to eight in January, with an average of 243 days on the market.  Search available homes and land here.
