January Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley










OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT
As usual, things slow down a bit here in the winter, so both home and land sales were down in December. There were nine homes sold in the Okanogan Valley, compared to 19 in November, with an average sales price of $143,056 and an average of 149 days on the market. There were four land sales, compared to nine in November, with an average marketing time of 292 days. Search homes and land here.
