November Real Estate Update for the Okangan Valley









OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Both home and land sales were down slightly for October in the Okanogan Valley, which is pretty typical this time of year.  There were 14 home sales, compared to 16 in September.  The average selling price was $172,386, up from $120,488 in September.  The average marketing time was 199 days.  There were 10 land sales, with an average of 297 days on the market.  As of November 10, there were 312 active home listings, and 433 active land listings.  Search homes and land here.

  1. I'm sure the average prices are distorted by the amazing variety of properties in that area. I saw where the inventory everywhere is going down, so I'm sure the days on market will start falling too. I always look forward to your monthly updates!
