Home sales were down slightly in January, and land sales were up slightly! There were 15 homes sold in the Okanogan Valley in January, compared to 22 sold in December. The average sales price was $134,627, with an average of 265 days on the market. There were eight land sales in January, compared to five in December, with an average of 575 days on the market.
