April Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley







OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Home sales were down in March and land sales stayed the same in the Okanogan Valley.  There were ten homes sold in March compared to 17 in February, with an average sales price of $139,870 and 312 days on the market.  There were six land sales in March with an average of 768 days on the market.  Search homes and land here.
