OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

 

Home sales were down in January, but land sales were up!  There were 17 homes sold in the Okanogan Valley in January, compared to 23 in December.  The average sales price was $124,253 with an average of 131 days on the market.  There were six land sales in January, compared to four in December with an average of 494 days on the market.  Search homes and land here.
