April Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley

 
 
 
 
OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET REPORT

Home and land sales were up in March in the Okanogan Valley!  There were 14 home sales, compared to 12 in February.  The average marketing time was 296 days, and the average sales price was $164,279.  There were nine land sales compared to five in February.  The average marketing time for land sales was 459 days.  Search available homes and land here.
