The number of residential homes sold increased to 16 in June, up from 12 sold in May. The average sold price decreased from $166,685 in May to $135,969 in June, and the average days on market decreased from 300 to 267. FROM MY KITCHEN TO YOURS....
RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 2 cups water 1 package raspberry jello 1 package tapioca pudding 1 package vanilla pudding (not instant) 2 cups raspberries 2 cups cool whip 2 bananas In sauce pan, mix 2 cups water with pudding and jello mixes - bring to a boil. Cool and add berries, cool whip and bananas! PEARLS OF WISDOM....
