July Real Estate Update for the Okanogan Valley

 





OKANOGAN VALLEY MARKET SNAPSHOT
The number of residential homes sold increased to 16 in June, up from 12 sold in May.  The average sold price decreased from $166,685 in May to $135,969 in June, and the average days on market decreased from 300 to 267.  These statistics do not include private sales, or those by offices who are not members of the NWMLS.  They are deemed reliable, but are not guaranteed.

FROM MY KITCHEN TO YOURS....
RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD
 
2 cups water
1 package raspberry jello
1 package tapioca pudding
1 package vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 cups raspberries
2 cups cool whip
2 bananas
 
In sauce pan, mix 2 cups water with pudding and jello mixes - bring to a boil.  Cool and add berries, cool whip and bananas!
